What is a TimeBank?

TimeBank is a community system in which a person who volunteers one hour of their time helping someone, is rewarded with a one-hour time credit. They can then use that time credit or their accrued time credits to receive help from someone else.

Everyone’s time is equal no matter what each hour is spent doing!

1 hour of you helping someone else = 1 hour of time to your credit.

You can spend your time credits on other people helping you, or you can donate them to friends or worthy causes that need help.

It costs nothing to join Hokonui TimeBank - so why are you waiting?
